Definitely a photo for the BCNSW archives. Pictured at the 52nd anniversary championship show are well-known all-breeds judges Wendye Slatyer and Peter Warby (front row, first and second). Wendye was the judge on the day, having also been the judge of this event an amazing 48 years ago when Peter (who attended the very first meetings held to get the club off the ground in 1968) was the ring steward. It was wonderful to see a number of BCNSW stalwarts at the show this year: Olive Robb (bottom right) who received her Life Membership badge on the day; Life Member Kay Eldred (top left) whose husband Ross (not in the photo as unable to attend) has also just been made a Life Member; and Founder Members Alan Hunt, Yvonne Villien and Marie Dymock (rest of back row).
